Twentynine Palms Fence is a fence contractor based in Twentynine Palms, CA, offering residential and commercial fence installation, repair, replacement, and related services across the High Desert and Coachella Valley. Services are provided in person at customer-specified locations following a site visit and written estimate. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer or guaranteed quote for services. All service agreements are memorialized in a written contract signed by both parties before work begins.
All pricing provided through the website, phone, or email is preliminary until confirmed in a written estimate following an on-site visit. Written estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise noted. Pricing may be adjusted if site conditions differ materially from what was described at the time of the estimate - for example, if underground obstructions or unexpected soil conditions require additional equipment or labor.
We will notify you in writing before proceeding with any work that would result in a price change. You have the right to decline the adjusted scope and receive a pro-rated refund for work not yet completed.
Once a project is scheduled and a deposit is paid, your installation date is reserved. If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled start may result in a forfeiture of the scheduling deposit, which represents costs already incurred for materials and crew preparation.
We reserve the right to reschedule any job due to weather conditions that make outdoor work unsafe, equipment failure, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule at no penalty to you.
A deposit is required at the time of contract signing. The amount of the deposit will be stated in your written contract. The remaining balance is due upon completion of work and customer walkthrough, before the crew departs the property. Accepted payment methods will be specified in your written contract.
Accounts not paid within the timeframe specified in the contract may be subject to a late fee. In the event of non-payment, Twentynine Palms Fence reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including filing a mechanics lien on the property where services were performed.

We handle permit applications on your behalf as part of our standard service. However, permit approval is subject to the review timeline of the applicable government agency. Delays in permit approval that are outside our control do not constitute a breach of our agreement.
We stand behind our installation work. If a defect in workmanship becomes apparent within a reasonable time after project completion, we will return to address it at no additional cost. This workmanship commitment does not cover damage caused by severe weather events, accidental damage, modification of the fence by parties other than Twentynine Palms Fence, or normal wear and tear.
Material warranties are provided by the manufacturer of the specific product installed and vary by product. We will provide you with any applicable manufacturer warranty documentation at project completion. We do not extend or modify manufacturer warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Twentynine Palms Fence shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to our services or your use of this website. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, loss of use, or damage to property not directly caused by our work.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of a specific project shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for that project. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by our negligence.
